about
NYC Darkwave artist Danny Blu has unveiled the KANGA remix for “White (K)night”, a track that also features the vocal talents of KANGA herself.
On working with KANGA, Danny Blu explains:
“I’ve been a KANGA fan for a while now and have had the pleasure of seeing her grow over the past few years. This has been a surreal experience. What she did to the record is above and beyond what I ever expected. I’m incredibly proud to have collaborated with such a talented and thorough artist.”
KANGA, a producer and musician from Los Angeles remixes the original club banger into an ethereal industrial duet, creating a tense and passionate lyrical dance between her and the song’s protagonist Danny Blu.
“I love the emotional story in the song and felt that it was relatable enough to open up the narrative while also retaining the visceral energy of the original track.”

Saw Kanga last night in Houston , instantly was entranced by her sound , sucked me into the Kangakult vortex , so glad I got to see her live , should have looked into her sooner as Gary Numan was so supportive of her on the Revolution tour , oh now it’s time to catch up and get further involved Callum Gray

It's uncanny just how good Actors is at emulating that Post-Punk synth sound from my younger days.
Each listen just gets better and better. I feel slightly ashamed for not having heard this album until a few short days ago. modestwriggles
